Sublimation printing is the gold standard for rashguard manufacturing. Unlike screen printing (which sits on top of the fabric), sublimation dye is infused into the fabric at the molecular level. The result:

Short Sleeve Rashguard The most popular style for no-gi BJJ and MMA. Worn alone or under a gi. Available in men’s, women’s, and kids sizing.
Long Sleeve Rashguard Preferred for colder training environments, additional compression, and as an underlayer for gi training. IBJJF rules require colored rashguards to match belt rank — we can produce rank-matched long sleeve options.
Compression Spats Full-length compression pants worn under shorts or alone for no-gi training. Available in standard and women’s cuts. Full sublimation printing throughout.
Fabric Options
We manufacture rashguards in:
- Polyester/Spandex blend (80/20): The industry standard. Excellent stretch, moisture wicking, and color retention.
- Nylon/Spandex blend (85/15): Softer hand feel, higher-end look. Preferred for premium branded products.
Both fabrics are anti-microbial, quick-drying, and designed for high-intensity grappling use.
Design Process for Custom Rashguards
- Send us your logo, brand colors, and any design references
- Our design team creates a full mockup in your brand identity
- You approve or request revisions — unlimited revisions until you are satisfied
- We produce a sample for physical approval
- Bulk production begins after sample sign-off
You do not need a finished design file to start. A brand brief, a logo, and a color reference is enough.
