Polyester (140–160gsm)

Cotton/Polyester Blend (65/35 or 50/50)

DTF — Direct to Film

A printed film is heat-transferred onto the fabric. Produces highly detailed, full-color prints without the setup costs of screen printing. No minimum color limit.
DTG — Direct to Garment
Best for: Small quantities, individual customization, photographic detail
Ink is printed directly onto the fabric using a specialized inkjet printer. Best for small runs where each shirt may have a different design or name.
Heat Transfer Sticker
Best for: Small logos, names, numbers, quick turnaround
A pre-printed transfer is heat-pressed onto the fabric. Fast and cost-effective for adding names or numbers to team shirts.
Embroidery
Best for: Premium look, polo shirts, chest logos, coaching staff apparel
