Onrox International is a manufacturer and exporter of BJJ gis, martial arts uniforms, boxing and MMA gear based in Sialkot, Pakistan, operating since 2010. This page sets out our current registrations, the status of our certifications, and the quality and compliance standards we apply to every order.

Onrox International is a registered member of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), the official trade body for export manufacturers in Sialkot. Member since 2013 · Membership no. A-29084. Membership details are available on request for supplier onboarding.

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
Onrox International was first certified to ISO 9001:2015 in December 2019 by Dynamex Certification Services (registration DCS/853873-A). The certificate below is our previous certificate, valid until December 2021. We are renewing our certification and will publish the new certificate on this page as soon as it is issued.
Our Quality Control Process
Every order follows the same quality steps, whether it is 25 pieces or 2,500:
STEP 1
Pre-production sample
a physical sample is made and approved by you before bulk production starts.
STEP 2
Fabric inspection
fabric weight (GSM) and colour fastness are checked before cutting.
STEP 3
In-line checks
stitching density, seam alignment and embroidery or print placement are checked during sewing.
STEP 4
Final inspection
every finished item is individually inspected against your size and design specification before packing.
STEP 5
QC evidence
we photograph and video your finished order and send it to you before shipment.
OPTIONAL
Third-Party Inspection
Independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas or equivalent) can be arranged at the buyer’s cost for orders over 200 pieces.
IBJJF Compliance for BJJ Gis
Our competition-line BJJ gis are produced to the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF) uniform rules:
Fabric
Cotton or cotton-like woven fabric
Colours
Colours: white, royal blue or black, with jacket and pants the same colour
Lapel & Collar
Lapel no thicker than 1.3cm and collar no wider than 5cm
Jacket Length
Jacket reaches the thigh
Sleeves
Sleeves reach to within 2cm of the wrist with the arm extended, with a sleeve opening of at least 7cm
Pants Length
Pants reach to within 2cm of the ankle bone

Export & Duty-Free Documentation
European Union — GSP+
Pakistan exports qualifying goods duty-free to the European Union under the GSP+ scheme.
United Kingdom — DCTS
Pakistan exports qualifying goods duty-free to the United Kingdom under the Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS) Enhanced Preferences.
With every export shipment we provide the commercial invoice, packing list and origin documentation your customs broker needs to claim preferential duty rates on qualifying products. We recommend confirming eligibility for your specific products with your broker before ordering.
