What Rashguards Do We Manufacture?
Long-Sleeve Rashguards (BJJ / No-Gi Grappling)
The most commonly ordered rashguard for BJJ and submission grappling. Full-arm coverage protects against mat burns and skin infections. We manufacture in four-way stretch polyester-spandex (typically 88% polyester / 12% spandex) with flatlock stitching on all seams to eliminate raised edges that catch in collar grips.

Short-Sleeve Rashguards

No-Sleeve / Tank Rashguards
Used under a gi or as a standalone training top. Sublimation print on body panels. Available with or without side panel stretch inserts.
Compression Spats / Leggings
Full-length compression leggings for no-gi grappling and training. Fabric: 4-way stretch with sublimation print on the outer leg. Waistband: wide elastic, can be branded. Flatlock stitched throughout.
Short Spats / Compression Shorts (Under Shorts)
Worn under MMA shorts or board shorts. Same fabric and construction as full spats.

Sublimation Printing — How It Works
All-over sublimation print is the standard for custom rashguards because:
- No print limits — the entire garment can be printed, seam to seam, with no colour count restrictions
- Colour accuracy — Pantone-matched to your exact brand colours
- Durability — the ink becomes part of the fabric, not a surface layer. It will not crack, peel, or fade with normal washing
- Detail — logos, gradients, photographic elements, fine lines all reproduce cleanly
We print from your artwork file (AI, PDF, or high-res PNG). Our design team can also create the artwork from a brief at additional cost.

The result is all-over, fade-resistant, crack-proof print. Screen printing applies ink as a layer on top of the fabric — it is limited to a set print area and can crack or fade over time. For performance sportswear, sublimation is the professional standard.
